Whisky Club 3 - Hidden Gems: Beyond the Big Names

While a handful of famous distilleries dominate the whisky world, Scotland is home to many remarkable
producers working quietly behind the scenes. Often overlooked or under the radar, these distilleries are
where innovation, experimentation, and new ideas thrive.

This tasting explores three distinctive “hidden gem” distilleries—each offering something unique. From
centuries-old producers stepping out of the shadows, to modern urban revival projects, to cutting-edge,
high-tech distilling at scale, these whiskies showcase the diversity that exists beyond the mainstream.

Join us as we discover the stories, craftsmanship, and flavours of distilleries that don’t always get the
spotlight—but absolutely deserve it.
