Group registration

On-line registration for this event progresses through the following steps:

• collect information about each of your 4 team members - if there are one or more team members TBD please complete registration with TBD and use registrant's info in the appropriate boxes;
• collect information about you (the "owner" of this registration request), in addition to information that is not specific to any one team member;
• concludes by selecting a payment method (after which you are to forward payment if not done on-line by credit card).
