Registration Period & Dates
Registration for the upcoming 2026-27 curling season opens to all returning and new members on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
Because several leagues fill up incredibly fast, we strongly recommend registering early to secure your spot. Spot allocation is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.You are not considered registered until your fees are paid in full or the first payment is made for those selecting the payment plan option.

July 2, 2026 - 9:00 AM: Registration officially opens.

August 31, 2026: Deadline for the $30 Early Bird Discount for new and returning members. Full fees apply starting September 1st, 2026.

September 28 – October 1, 2026: Green/Practice Ice week. Please refer to the online Club Calendar for the exact practice schedule, league details, and rentals.

October 2, 2026: The curling season officially begins for all leagues.
Profile & Registration

Profile Update Required: As part of the registration process, please review your personal profile and update your contact info. We currently have many members with missing emergency contacts or invalid dates of birth; we appreciate you taking a moment to correct these.

Status Tracking: You can monitor your registration status anytime via "My Sign-Up Info" in the Member's Home > Member's Information drop-down menu above.

Who Receives Emails? Registration announcements and reminders are automatically sent to anyone who has created a website profile with their email address and is a returning member, a recent Learn-to-Curl participant, or a prospective member who expressed interest.
Key Registration & Payment Principles

Priority Access for Teams: Returning teams in team-entry leagues are given priority. However, this is strictly contingent on all members of the team completing their registration and payment.

Payment Requirement: Again, membership registrations are not complete until fees are paid in full (or the first installment of the payment plan option is received).

League-Specific Information

Monday/Wednesday TAG Leagues:

Half-Seasons: Run from October–December or January–April.

Fall Waitlist: Placements into fall timeslots will be waitlisted until September 1st. Winter timeslot placement is subject to availability.

Timeslots: 9:30 AM is dedicated to Senior TAG (Ages 50+). 11:45 AM is Open TAG (Available to all ages).

5-Person Team Entry: To accommodate busy schedules, teams may choose a 5-person structure. In these instances, YCC only collects league fees for 4 members. You can handle this in one of two ways:

Option A: Once all 5 members register and pay, a refund equivalent to one league fee will be issued to the skip to distribute among the team.

Sparing: To substitute for other teams, add your name to "My Sparing Availability" under the Member's Home > Member’s Information drop-down menu.
