Annual General Meeting Notice

As per the CurlON bylaws, approved September 14, 2019, please accept this as official notice of the Ontario Curling Association Annual General Meeting of members to be held virtually on Monday September 14, 2020 at 7:30 pm. This notice exceeds the forty-five day notice period per the bylaws. 

BYLAWS - Article III Meetings of Members 3.9 Annual or Special Meetings - Annual or Special Meeting shall be open to all Members, Registered Participants and the auditors of the Corporation. Other invitees shall be able to attend at the invitation of the Chair or request of two other Board Directors. (Members = Affiliated Member Club Boards/Representatives, Affiliated Member Participants = Dues paying Club members)
